Property features 2 cottages, one with a fieldstone fireplace, kitchen, den, bedroom and full bathroom. A second cottage has a screened/glassed porch, open deck, bedroom and 1/2 bath. In addition, there is a workshop building and a utility building housing solar power. Common summer colony island amenities (annual dues currently $3800) include a common wharf, (one in Christmas Cove and the other on island), community well for potable water, recreation building (the 'Casino'), tennis court and caretaker & ferry services.
