Daniel Richardson became a realtor in 2012. With seven years of experience, he is the person you want to help sell and buy a lake home in Kentucky.

Daniel grew up in Shelbyville, Kentucky, and has fond memories of vacationing on Lake Kentucky and Barkley Lake with his family. He loved boating, crappie fishing ad swimming with his family, and that is part of the reason he decided to raise his family in that area.

You can still find Daniel on his boat several times a week during the summer. He has lived in Eddyville for 17 years and lives close to Eddy Creek on Lake Barkley. Daniel now gets to share those moments with his family, he has two daughters, and his girlfriend has two sons.

Daniel enjoys duck hunting, developing custom wildlife food plots on his farm, and spending time at Bluegreen Vacation Resorts across the country.

Before becoming a realtor, Daniel worked in Law Enforcement. Early in his career he requested to be assigned to the West Kentucky Lake Region where he patrolled Kentucky and Barkley Lakes.

That helped him build relationships with County, State, and Federal agencies and allowed him to become familiar with the state parks, local marinas, and adjoining lake residential neighborhoods. He is familiar with every single mile of the shoreline up and down Kentucky and Barkley Lakes. No other realtor can boast they have been on every boat ramp on both lakes and can tell you where all the best fishing spots are. These are all great qualities that make Daniel a lake expert.

Daniel's favorite part of being a realtor is getting to witness the excitement of a family finding THE home they have been searching for!

His mission is "to strive to provide excellent service to my clients and alleviate any fears they may have as the next chapter of their life unfolds."

Daniel has been named one of Zillow's best agents and awarded to the top 10% of Zillow agents for customer satisfaction.
