The properties listed on this website are from the numerous Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) that our brokerage is a member. This information is frequently updated directly from these MLSs. Agents and brokers shown on LakeHomes.com are licensed agents of Lake Homes Realty in their respective states
Saved Properties: To remove a saved property from a saved properties list, simply click the heart on the property to “unheart” the property. This can be done on any page where you see the property, and can also be done in the user account area under the “Saved Properties” section.
Additionally, in the user account area, there is an option to remove multiple saved properties by category. Click the “Remove” button at the top of the page and select the group of properties to remove.
Saved Searches: To remove a saved search, navigate to the user account area and select “Saved Searches.” From here, click on the trash can for the search you wish to remove from the list.
Alert frequencies for saved properties and saved searches can be adjusted in the user account area in the “Notifications” section. From here the alert frequency for email notifications of property status updates, price changes, or the addition of new properties (saved searches only), can be set to the frequency desired by using the drop down menu for each item. Additionally, all saved property or saved search alerts can be disabled by clicking “Remove Alerts” at the bottom of the list.
There are two options to save properties to view at a later time once an account is created.
Option 1: Save a filtered search by applying filters and clicking on the “Save Search” button on the left. This will prompt the user to add a “Search Name” and “Email Alert-Frequency.”
Option 2: Save listings by clicking on the heart icon.
Desktop Option: At the home screen click on the profile icon. Then click on “Account Settings” to change personal information.
Mobile Option: At the home screen click on the dropdown icon. Then click on “Account Settings” to change personal information.
Desktop Option (Forgot Password): At the home screen click on the “Sign In” link. Then, at the bottom of the “Username” and “Password” section click the “Forgot Password” link. Follow required prompts to reset password.
Mobile Option (Forgot Password): At the home screen click on the dropdown icon. Then click on “Sign In” to get to the “Forgot Password” as noted above.
Desktop Option (Reset Password): At the home screen click on the profile icon. Then on the left of the screen click on “Change Password.”![]()
Mobile Option (Reset Password): At the home screen click on the dropdown icon. Then click on “Account Settings” to change personal information. Click on the “Select” dropdown at the top of the screen to get to the “Change Password” link option.
Start by clicking on the “Sign In” link. This will open the option to “Sign In” or “Register” for an account. Click on “Register” and fill out required fields.
