Desktop Option (Forgot Password): At the home screen click on the “Sign In” link. Then, at the bottom of the “Username” and “Password” section click the “Forgot Password” link. Follow required prompts to reset password.
Mobile Option (Forgot Password): At the home screen click on the dropdown icon. Then click on “Sign In” to get to the “Forgot Password” as noted above.
Desktop Option (Reset Password): At the home screen click on the profile icon. Then on the left of the screen click on “Change Password.”Mobile Option (Reset Password): At the home screen click on the dropdown icon. Then click on “Account Settings” to change personal information. Click on the “Select” dropdown at the top of the screen to get to the “Change Password” link option.
