As a tech-enabled services company, Lake Homes Realty operates a unique, highly-virtual yet full-service brokerage, currently licensed in 39 states, all wholly-owned with no franchising.
The brokerage goes against the grain for real estate brokerage models. Instead of pushing for massive agent rosters, the brokerage focuses on bringing greater success with fewer agents.
The company also operates Beach Homes Realty (Beach-Homes.com) in 18 states and the newly launched Mountain Homes Realty (MountainHomesRealty.com) in 20 states.
