Enjoy Life on the Water

Pine Lake is the more popular lake for recreation and water sports due to its larger size. There is plenty of room for sailing, boating, water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, and fishing on the lake's calm waters.

Recent fish surveys found high populations of bluegill, largemouth bass, yellow perch, redear sunfish, warmouth, and smallmouth bass. Other species were found as well but were smaller in population size.

There are several public beaches on the lake's shore, and they make perfect spots for swimming, tanning, and beach volleyball.

A public boat ramp is located on Stone Lake near the inlet to the channel connecting with Pine Lake. This channel is sometimes navigable, depending on water and sediment levels.

Due to the population of zebra mussels, Pine Lake has infamously clear waters and is the perfect environment for kayaking and canoeing along the shoreline.
