North Tower Lake is a beautiful body of water in Tower Lakes Village, located approximately 40 miles from downtown Chicago. In Chicago, you will have access to the O'Hare International Airport, Chicago Hospital, and other big-city amenities.

About the Lakes

Residents enjoy having the peace of North Tower Lake while being just a skip away from the activities at Tower Lake. Both Lakes are used for recreation, such as boating and fishing. People are often paddling the waters in their kayaks and canoes.

Tower Lake is home to play island, a free beach that is the ultimate hang out spot. It is accessible by bridge or boat. Lakers will camp out on the sands all day long with umbrellas, tents, floats, and other beach supplies. Rest Island is connected by bridge as well; it is a lush, grassy area for picnicking, hammocking, or hanging out in the middle of the waters.

Nearby Parks

Murray Park, Barsamian Park, Hussisian Park, Bays Park, or Gordon Lewis Park are within the Tower Lakes Village. They are great places for an afternoon walk with the dog or a quiet picnic.

Lyons Prairie and Marsh Conservation Area, Fel-Pro Conservation Area, Fox River Preserve, and many other natural areas are nearby for endless hiking and nature watching.
