Community members have exclusive access to 44 parks, 19 tennis courts, sports fields, and the Jack A Claes Pavilion. These include a carousel, indoor playground, fitness center, racquetball courts, dance studio, indoor, and outdoor pools.

Fishing, Golfing, and More

Residents love having this reliable fishery all to themselves. The lake keeps anglers busy all day, reeling in big catches. If fishing Lake Cosman is not enough, Lake Busse sits just north of the lake with its fishing opportunities.

Others enjoy picnicking or hammocking, where they can overlook the waters. It is a fantastic place to unwind in the evening; sunsets on Lake Cosman are breathtaking.
