Janice Keener

Jan has been a waterfront specialist since 1986, and actively sells waterfront in North Idaho. She spends most of her time on Coeur d’Alene Lake and has been boating there for over 40 years!

Jan grew up on Liberty Lake, Washington, and lived on Coeur d’Alene Lake for 22 years. She loves the water, swimming, skiing, fishing, you name it, and Jan is doing it!

She has won multiple awards in the industry, including being part of the Top Producers Clubs and a Multi-Million Dollar Club Member. She is committed to working with buyers and sellers. Joining Lake Homes Realty has given Jan the opportunity to be in her ideal setting!

Jan has two children, and five grandchildren that she loves to share the lake life with. Her main hobby is boating, and she is on the lake all spring, summer, and fall. “Nothing can beat the stress of life more than to be out on the water,” Jan says.
