As a homeowner on Lake Arrowhead, I love this lake and the surrounding area, including Lake Allatoona and Waters Lake. This region of Georgia has beautiful water and beautiful mountains, and I love helping my neighbors, and neighbors-to-be, navigate the unique aspects of lake real estate.

I have worked extensively in Cherokee County for over ten years, with both lakefront and away from the lake. I have a strong understanding of the current market conditions and an extensive knowledge of the local real estate inventory.

I enjoy what I do and look forward to every day and the challenges it will bring. I strive to make each client feel as if they are my ONLY client as I work to help them find their dream home or sell their current home. It is my goal to represent YOU, the client , and not just the property. After all, you are either already my neighbor or soon will be, so I focus on the right things.

I enjoy working with first time home buyers and work to educate and make the process of buying a home an exciting and comfortable experience. Likewise, I relish the opportunity to work with the seasoned home buyer or seller. I am also experienced in helping the investor locate, purchase, and lease investment properties.

Whether you are looking for your first home, second or vacation home, investment property or looking to sell your home, I welcome the opportunity to work with you and to make you a lifetime customer as your real estate needs and opportunities arise.

About Big Canoe

Located in the Mountains

The Big Canoe community is conveniently located in the Appalachian Mountain's foothills, just one hour north of Atlanta. This private community is easily accessible to people working or living in the Atlanta, Chattanooga, or Greenville areas.

The Three Lakes

The community is home to three lakes available for swimming, boating, and fishing. The largest of the three, Lake Petit, is 111 acres and home to many fish species, including rainbow trout, white crappie, and largemouth bass.

Lake Sconti is the next biggest of the three lakes and is an excellent place for canoeing and row boating.

The smallest of the three lakes, Lake Disharoon, is located at the swim club and is set aside for swimming and recreational use.

What To Do

Big Canoe features over 20 miles of hiking trails, three waterfalls, and the three lakes for its residents to explore. Residents can enjoy the lush forests and hills of Georgia right outside their homes.

Golfing, tennis, pickleball, swimming, fishing, boating, dining, shopping, and even a day at the fitness/spa facility can be enjoyed within this luxurious community.

Annual festivals include the Wildflower Festival of the Arts, Georgia Wine Country Festival, Ellijay's Georgia Apple Festival, Jasper's Georgia Marble Festival, and the John C. Campbell Folk Art School Fall Festival.

The Best Place to Experience Lake Life

Whether you are looking to buy a family home, a full-time retirement residence, or find a vacation rental, Big Canoe is an excellent choice.
