The lake is 16 minutes from Putnam Community Medical Center and an hour from Ocala International Airport. There is a Hitchcok’s Market within five minutes.

Hungry Lake Lucy residents can venture to Nanna’s Country Cafe, which is 10 minutes away. Nanna’s is a highly rated breakfast, soul food, and classic American cuisine.

On and Around the Lake

Anglers on the lake can enjoy numerous nearby fishing opportunities. On Lake Chipco, just 10 minutes from Lake Lucy, anglers can reel in mainly largemouth bass. If that doesn’t suit your tastes, however, the Atlantic Ocean is only an hour away.
