We purchased this Antigua model by Medallion in June of 2021. We are relocating to another part of the state due to a work/family situation. We love the open concept living area as well as the fact both bedrooms have attached bathrooms and walk-in closets. The home also features a den and an additional bathroom so the home lives like a 3 bedroom with that extra flex space. The Lakes of Mount Dora is a wonderful 55-plus community with great friendly neighbors and lots of activities/amenities. The HOA for the gated community is only $245 a month and it includes access to the clubhouse, pool, internet, and cable.
