    Gator Bone Lake is one of many lakes in Keystone Heights, Florida. It features a host of conveniences like restaurants, schools, churches, shops, and parks.

    Gainesville Regional Airport, Veterans Hospital, and the University of Florida are approximately 30 miles southwest of the lake.

    St. Augustine is an hour’s drive east. It features beautiful beaches along with unique attractions, restaurants, and shops.

    Outdoor Enjoyment

    Gator Bone Lake features 115 acres of water with a mixture of sandy and grassy shores. Its shallow shoreline is great for wading or letting the dogs splash around.

    Keystone Beach is located on Lake Geneva, another sand-bottom lake in Keystone Heights. The beach is a great spot to soak up the sun or have a picnic.

    The Geneva Jungle, a large wooden play fort, is located next to it. Several picnic tables are shaded by trees hung with Spanish moss.

    Lake Santa Fe is just outside of Keystone Heights. The 5,850-acre expanse is popular for powerboating, watersports, fishing, and swimming.
