Covers 960 Acres

Beaver Fork Lake was established in 1956 and now covers 960 acres. Its inviting waters have an average depth of 12 feet but can be as deep as 60 feet. Towering pines, oaks, and maples frame the lake for beautiful views all year long.

Beaverfork is the go-to place for water recreation in Conway; the nearby Lake Conway is a massive body of water better known for its fishing opportunities.

Wonderful Recreational Opportunities

The expanse of water allows for many lake activities, including boating, swimming, water skiing, tubing, fishing, and kayaking. Its constant winds are high for sailing, windsurfing, or having a pleasant day in the sun.

There is more to do at Conway’s largest city park on the west shore of the lake. Its 1,200 acres include a swimming beach, boat launch, pavilions, picnic areas, volleyball courts, and a playground. Hiking adventures await at the nearby Cauldron Settlement Park, Harris Brake Wildlife Management Area, Hendrix Creek Preserve, or the Ouachita National Forest.

Beaverfork Lake hosts yearly firework shows, with 4th of July being the grandest display that attracts people from all around.

Conway Country Club offers a perfect golfing experience: an 18-hole golf course, driving range, three pools, 19th Hole Grill, and a poolside tiki bar. Hogwild Family Fun Center in Conway is an excellent outing for everyone where you can go-kart, laser tag, blacklight mini-golf, and play over 50 arcade games.
