Cute as a button! They don't make them like this anymore. Beautifully crafted cabin with fenced in lakeside area, nice covered boat house and well appointed dock. Plenty of room to expand, but just enough room as is. Very nice water at the dock, with storage out building for extras. Grilling area added this past year, and bathroom updates in the past few years with fairly new roof! Dock constructed by Lake Martin Dock Company. Enjoy Lake Martin like they did before the world found out about it, grilling burgers out back with the family, fishing off the dock til' dark, and enjoying one of the best areas that Lake Martin has to offer without the price tag.
