Tammy Moen has called the Lake Murray area home since 2012, and in that time, she has built a career helping others discover the joys of lake living. Originally from Howell, Michigan, Tammy was no stranger to waterfront life, but she quickly fell in love with the year-round boating and vibrant lake communities of South Carolina. Today, she lives on lake property herself, giving her firsthand experience and insight that she brings to every client interaction.

Before entering real estate, Tammy spent years as a corporate trainer and managed a Business Development Center for large auto dealerships in both Michigan and South Carolina. Her background in business and customer service taught her the importance of listening, problem-solving, and guiding clients through complex processes—skills that now benefit every buyer and seller she works with.

Tammy is an expert in lake properties and specializes in cross-country relocations, having made the move herself. “I love working with people from across the country and helping make their lake life dreams come true,” she says. Her knowledge of the area, combined with her personal experience living on the water, allows her to guide clients with confidence and ease.

Her passion for the lake lifestyle has been recognized with awards such as the Aqua Award and the Circle of Excellence in South Carolina. She enjoys sharing her love of the area with family and friends, and her own family has since followed her to the lakes, enjoying everything from boating and fishing to golf and lake days together.
