Robin E. Spencer brings a wealth of life experience, warmth, and enthusiasm to her work as a real estate professional serving South Carolina’s most beautiful lakefront communities, including Lake Wateree, Lake Murray, Lake Carolina, and Lake Monticello.

Originally from New Jersey, Robin’s journey has taken her from the deserts of Tucson, Arizona, to the rolling hills of Northern California and now to the serene lakes of South Carolina. For over a decade, she and her family lived in Lake of the Pines, California, a gated lake and golf community where she fell in love with the lake lifestyle. Surrounded by water, trees, and community events, Robin discovered her passion for helping others enjoy that same sense of peace and belonging that comes with lakeside living.

Before entering real estate, Robin built an impressive and varied career. She owned several small businesses, including a cleaning company and a bakery and coffee shop, and worked as a Registered Nurse, all while raising five children. Her strong work ethic, compassion, and organizational skills developed over years of service and entrepreneurship now shape her approach to real estate.

Now living in Lugoff and exploring the Columbia area for the past two years, Robin enjoys the nearby lakes through fishing, camping, and simply relaxing in nature. She loves gardening, home improvement projects, and baking for family gatherings. With 24 grandchildren and one more on the way, she and her husband are frequent travelers, visiting family from coast to coast and even across Europe, where her youngest daughter currently lives in Portugal.
