Julia Thornton, a native of Columbia, South Carolina, has always been drawn to the beauty of lakes, coasts, and mountains. Growing up in Mobile, Alabama, and Asheville, North Carolina, she developed a deep appreciation for diverse landscapes and lifestyles. Now happily settled in Lexington, South Carolina, Julia enjoys life with her husband, their two children, and their golden retrievers, Sadie and Potter.

Julia’s passion for real estate was inspired by personal experiences helping family find their dream home. “One of my favorite memories is helping my sister and her family find the perfect property,” she recalls. “They needed plenty of acreage for their horses, and we found a beautiful home that was exactly right for them.” That hands-on experience sparked her desire to guide others in discovering their ideal homes, especially in the lakefront market.
