Gina Hubbard

Gina Hubbard brings a lifetime of connection to Smith Mountain Lake and the surrounding mountain communities, along with a deep passion for helping people find not just a home, but a way of life. Originally from Maryland, Gina moved to Bedford County at the age of 22 and has lived in the lake area for most of her adult life. She and her husband raised their three children in Bedford County, building a life centered around family, community, and the natural beauty of the region.

Before entering real estate, Gina enjoyed two successful entrepreneurial careers. She and her husband owned and operated a photography studio in Bedford County that became nationally recognized for fine portraiture. Their studio was among the first in the nation to transition into digital photography, and Gina helped promote and train photographers across the country. Her work earned industry awards for best storytelling in wedding album design and most creative design for senior portrait coffee table books.

Later, Gina earned her Master Aesthetician License and opened a successful wellness business at Smith Mountain Lake, which she operated for several years before retiring from the spa industry.

Today, Gina lives at Smith Mountain Lake and also owns a condo in Myrtle Beach. She spends much of her time boating, swimming, enjoying waterfront dining, and taking in the stunning lake views and sunsets that first drew her to the area decades ago.

As a new agent with Lake Homes Realty, Gina is excited to begin this next chapter, reconnect with people, and guide clients through the buying and selling process with care, integrity, and attention to detail.
