About Gina Collias
Reared in Charlotte, North Carolina, Gina Collias started her career off as what she good-naturedly refers to as a "dirt lawyer" (an attorney who does real estate). For over 30 years, as a lawyer licensed in both North and South Carolina, Gina has been working in the residential and commercial real estate fields. She currently assists clients around two popular lakes in the Charlotte Metro area, Moss Lake, and Lake Norman.
Gina began to learn the craft of real estate management ever since she could first hold a paint roller and was tasked with helping her family prepare rental properties for their next tenants. Following her maternal grandmother and mother's footsteps, she has been a licensed Broker in Charge with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission for the last 15 years. She also served on the Moss Lake Reservoir Board for three years.
Gina's family owns an old-fashioned log cabin on Lake Norman. The cabin, built by her husband of 31 years and her late father-in-law, is a treasured family escape filled with family history. Gina, her husband, and their three children love to water ski and sit on the porch watching the storms pass. Whether it is jet skiing, swimming at the dock, or reading in the hammock, Gina's family enjoys Lake Norman as their home away from home.
Gina is passionate about lake life, which is why she loves helping people find the lake home of their dreams. She is excited to work with Lake Homes Realty clients who are looking to sell or buy lake property. Her legal background in real estate closings and insight into the area make her an excellent choice when house hunting for the perfect lake home on and around Moss Lake and Lake Norman.

"We live in LA and we have been searching for a lake home In NC online for more than a year. We finally got an opportunity to come see some homes in person and Gina was absolutely amazing! She set up our showings with very little notice on our part. She made us a detailed itinerary for each day. Gina was patient and kind and truly went above and beyond the “call of duty” as an agent.
