Diana Undergust is a highly accomplished real estate professional specializing in Grand Lake O’ the Cherokees, where her career expertise and personal passion for lake living come together seamlessly. Her family is originally from Henryetta, Oklahoma, and after her father’s military service ended, he worked at the Nevada Test Site and later joined the City of Las Vegas Fire Department. Diana grew up in Henderson, Nevada, attending a small Christian school, an upbringing that helped shape her strong values, discipline, and people focused approach.
Diana has been in full time real estate since the age of 23, developing a distinguished career that includes serving as a corporate broker for national homebuilders. Her background as a sales and marketing executive provides her with a sophisticated understanding of how to strategically position luxury properties for maximum exposure and value. Recognized as the top selling agent in the luxury market in Summerlin in 2006, Diana brings high level marketing strategy, masterful negotiation, and deep market insight to every transaction.
In 2017, Diana purchased her home on Grand Lake as a getaway property, and in 2022 it became her full time residence. Living on the lake gives her firsthand knowledge of how views, orientation, dock access, and specific coves or shorelines affect daily life and long term enjoyment. This lived experience allows her to guide clients not only toward the right property, but toward the right lifestyle.
Family plays a central role in Diana’s life. She and her husband raised four children who all live within a few hours of the lake, and they now enjoy six grandchildren who love spending time boating, tubing, and playing outdoors. Their lake home is a gathering place for friends and family, filled with laughter, connection, and lasting memories.
Outside of real estate, Diana and her husband are master divers who enjoy traveling, and she has recently discovered a love for pickleball within the active lake community. Diana chose Lake Homes Realty because she believes the true value of lakefront property lies in transforming a home into a permanent retreat that delivers a rejuvenating, resort-like lifestyle every day.
