With a deep-rooted love for lake communities and a passion for helping others, Cynthia Marroquin is proud to serve Northern Georgia as a Lake Homes Realty agent. Originally from Southern California, Cynthia spent over 20 years living and working in Prescott, Arizona, where she gained extensive experience helping clients find homes in scenic, nature-filled settings. In 2024, she relocated to Waleska, Georgia, to be closer to her children—and quickly fell in love with the area’s peaceful lakes, lush landscapes, and friendly communities.

Cynthia specializes in the beautiful lake and amenity-rich communities of Big Canoe, Bent Tree, and Lake Arrowhead. As a local resident herself, she understands the unique appeal of lake living and enjoys helping buyers find homes that match their lifestyle—whether it’s a weekend getaway, full-time residence, or investment property.

Her background as a paralegal in estate and business law equips her with strong skills in contracts, negotiations, and client advocacy. Organized, personable, and detail-driven, Cynthia ensures a smooth, professional experience from the first conversation to closing day.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys hiking scenic trails, reading legal and medical thrillers, volunteering at her church, and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Cynthia and her husband also enjoy attending local sporting and performing arts events at Reinhardt University.
