Christy Buchan is a dedicated real estate professional specializing in lake properties around Lake Walter F. George, more commonly known as Lake Eufaula. Since moving to the area in 2017, Christy has built strong ties within the community and developed a deep appreciation for the relaxed, family-centered lifestyle that lake living provides.

Originally from Dothan, Christy brings a genuine understanding of Southern communities and the importance of relationships. Living in the Lake Eufaula area gives her a valuable advantage when helping clients buy or sell property, as she knows the local neighborhoods, the people, and the unique qualities that make the area attractive to both full-time residents and those searching for a weekend retreat.

Before starting her real estate career, Christy spent many years as a stay-at-home mom raising her two sons. During that time, she built strong connections in her community and developed the organizational skills and patience that now serve her well in real estate. Her background allows her to approach every client relationship with empathy, strong communication, and a commitment to helping people make confident decisions.

Christy has been married to her husband, Blake, for 22 years, and they have two sons, Andrew and Mason. Much of their free time is spent enjoying life on the water, often boating on Lake Eufaula. Outside of real estate, Christy enjoys spending time with family and friends, thrifting, and singing.
