Chelsea was great to work with and kept the buying process moving forward smoothly. She was able to work with me on buying an off-market investment house. Also we're able to get the property for below asking, which I think is pretty good in the market. Once we closed the house, she listed one of the units for me and we had a qualified tenant signed up and will be occupying the unit within about 45 days after closing.
