Having grown up in Arizona, spent over a decade in California, lived four years in breathtaking Italy, and now calling Lugoff, South Carolina home, Britni has developed a rich perspective on what makes a place truly special. Today, she focuses her real estate career on the beautiful lakes of South Carolina, particularly Lake Wateree and Lake Murray, where she and her family frequently enjoy boating, water skiing, and fishing.

Before stepping into real estate, Britni built her career in behavioral health, digital marketing, and project management. These experiences shaped her into a thoughtful, organized, and client-centered professional who thrives on guiding people through meaningful transitions. She knows that buying or selling a home is not only about the property, but also about creating the lifestyle and future her clients envision.

Britni’s expertise in lake living comes from personal experience as well as professional knowledge. She spent ten years in a California lake community and has traveled extensively, experiencing some of the world’s most beautiful beaches and lakes. This background allows her to recognize what makes a lake home not only a great property but also a place to build cherished memories.

Outside of real estate, Britni is a proud military spouse, as her husband serves in the United States Air Force, and she is the busy mother of three young boys. Together, they enjoy exploring South Carolina’s lakes and building the very memories she strives to help her clients create.
