Great home, outstanding location (equal distance to Silverdale - 5 min and Poulsbo - 7 min), nice Island Lake view, just a short walk to Island Lake County Park, Fishing, Swimming, Kayak/Paddle boarding. Outstanding home: Hardwood and Tile floors, great Lake view, nearly floor to ceiling windows, decks off both bedrooms, nice entertainment deck and very private. It does have a steep driveway but I've driven it and after a couple of times, it becomes an every day event (rough concrete with embedded fiberglass for good traction). *There's also an alternative "back way in" to the house off Lakeview*.
