Great wooded waterfront lot located on peaceful deep water cove. Mature trees & not at the end of the cove. This type of setting & privacy on the water is hard to find. Partial road to the lake.(road crosses onto lot 1 to right midway down-see survey markers)allows for good access a good ways down on lot, but further path or steps to water are needed for regular access to the lake. Former neighbor recorded a setback waiver for future dock placement approximately 8.5' from property line, although it isn't needed for dock placement & was in exchange for the same setback waiver for the dock built 8.5' to extended line on lot 1 to the right. Older 2BR septic system in place but conveys ''as is''.
