Lovely subdivision with lots of year round residents. Lot is gently sloped w/ nice trees and a great location. (The site is literally just a few doors away from the community clubhouse w/swimming pool, tennis courts, ping pong, kitchen, showers, changing rooms, etc. A boat launch is just as close, too (w/ramp and parking lot, both paved).
