Very nice water view camper lot in the desirable community of River Ridge in Bracey. Subdivision offers boat ramp for access to Lake Gaston, day slips, common area featuring the community swimming pool, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, community Chapel and golf course in the community. 50 amp electric service and water hook-up on lot. There is also a 12x12 deck, 3x16 platform and storage building on site. Sewer hook-up is not currently on the lot but the River Ridge office tells me it can be added at a cost up to $1,500. The lot is waterfront, the water will be very shallow. There is also a narrow easement to the left of the lot which goes down to the water, this easement is not cleared.
