Welcome to Connie Lane in the Aspen Hill Subdivision on the private side of Lake Anna. Lot 7 and 7A are wooded lots at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The land is mostly flat with a small stream running through it. Lots do have a gentle slope up toward the back of the property. You can even catch a glimps of the water through the trees. The common area has a community boat ramp with ample parking. There are also 2 "day" slips that can be used for parking your boat for short periods of time during the day.
