The house is very close to the dock and deep (7/8 ft) water so everyone enjoys coffee on the deck in the morning watching nature on the lake and afternoons watching everyone play around in the water at the dock. My husband enjoys his big shop off the 2 car garage and the kids enjoy the 4.3+ acres to roam on. We have a very central location just a bit off of Pigeon Run. We have a sleep sofa in there now so it is dual purpose and we have a futon in the breezeway/office.
