1832 Historic Stage Coach Inn at one time for travelers from one side Lake Memphremagog by boat to the west side of the lake. This was a working farm also in it's day & a tavern at some point. In it's more recent history the first floor of the attached house has been renovated and used as an insurance agency for many, many years. It is now ready for another business to move in immediately or to use as an office to plan a development of the 10+ pastoral acres with beautiful Lake Memphremagog views. The large attached barn has been cleaned out and you can still see the cow stalls inside one part along with many hand hewn beams throughout. The last owner had a nice workshop in one area also. Someone could subdivide and build multiple homes, etc. since the gentle sloping allows for lake views throughout the property. A separate storage barn can also be used for equipment storage.
