These two lots were originally part of the Florida Lakeshore Development Corp. and with that comes an optional membership in the Lake Champlain Property Owner's Association. The fee to join is $500.00 and the cost per year is $100.00. Perfect spot to launch your boat, and use the private dock, do a bit of swimming and meet the neighbors! Socialize to your heart's content! You will need to do a bit of clearing and work on this level lot to park your self contained camper/RV. If you would like a waste water system you will need to do the engineering and contact the town for a permit and for a connection to the town water.
