Enjoy Lake Champlain for 6 months of the year! This cozy one bedroom, one bathroom camp is part of a tight knit community that spends summers in the Islands. The kitchen is open to the dining area. Beamed ceiling with a ceiling fan. A screened deck provides additional entertaining space. Association amenities include a pool, clubhouse, beach access, kayak and canoe storage by the large dock off the shores of Lake Champlain. Dock space at this time is limited and may be full for this season. No more than 2 pets are allowed. Seasonal dues are $2600, paid in increments of $1300 in Jan and July. The season is from May 15 to October 31.
