This home is perfect for special times. We also have a guest cottage, which was built in the 1950's and is cute and charming. There is a pavilion next to the cottage for those summer fun events. The private road is safe and perfect for learning to ride a bike; walking and biking trails are close. Lake Champlain is your beautiful backyard, too! Our bay is a quiet, lovely place. It’s perfect for swimming, fishing, sailing, and just sitting out and watching the water. Looking west across to the Adirondacks, the view is spectacular and sunsets are glorious. After dark bonfires are made for s’mores and campfire tales. The screened in porch is a wonderful place for meals, friends and family gatherings, and enjoying the evenings.
