The neighboring farm has 37 acres, which they placed in the Land Trust, and it provides even more views to the south east. This serene 7.5 acre parcel of land with a mix of open field and woods has two project buildings. There is a finished one bedroom studio section on the second floor of the home, and a large newish living room with walls of glass to enjoy the vista!
