This summer cottage is located directly on the lake with 180 degree views to the east of the Green Mountains and Lake Champlain. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, was previously 4. It was renovated in 2011, and the highlight is the large, open, airy sun-filled great room with a wall of windows, making you feel you are in a tree house over the lake. This area, has the kitchen, dining area/living area including a day bed. The more formal living room, as a gas fired fireplace. Outside, the private yard has a deck to relax, and steps down to the lake and dock. The water is deep off the dock, allowing for days of fantastic swimming, kayaking, and fishing. The bay is protected from heavy winds,making it possible to keep your boat moored in front of your house. Enjoy the Long Point community tennis court, playground and walking paths, and come back to camp and enjoy the outdoor shower at camp.
