It is so refreshing that this 1940 stone Tudor was brought back to life instead of scraping it to build new on this oversized lot near White Rock Lake! Open floorplans didn't exist in the 1940s, so creating this impressive open living, dining & kitchen space after 80 years was a bit of a challenge for the builder.
