Welcome to Pelican Isle! This is a gated community on Richland-Chambers Reservoir. This sale is for two adjacent lots in Pelican Isle RV Resort. You will have access to the Community Club House, private boat ramp, playground and pool. Come stay the weekend, all week or all summer in the motorhome that is already on the lot. All you need is yourself and a swimsuit. Electricity and water are on site. Sadly, the tree in the center of the lot will have to be removed in order for the SilverStreak to be removed. The back of the lots have a barbed wire fence between you and the road. There are laundry facilities at the clubhouse.
