On the NE corner of Lakeview Drive and FM 4 lies an approx 10 acre tract that a portion of (approx 6 acres) will become part of the new Turkey Peak reservoir. The proposed remainder of the tract (approx 4 acres) will be situated along an escarpment area just above the new lake. Turkey Peak reservoir of course is the proposed expansion of Lake Palo Pinto. The new reservoir is eminent but there is no firm date that has been given by state authorities. This property is situated in a beautiful area with interesting possibilities.
