Probate listing being sold as is. I have no information as to when the house was last occupied. The utilities will not be turned on. No need to call and schedule a showing, you can go by the property at your convenience. The house is not secure. There is a shady ladder leading into one of the windows. My guess is that's how the previous or current occupants access the house. The grass is overgrown, and I was eaten alive by chiggers during the listing appointment. All the cars and vehicles convey with the property. The road leading to the house is not good and you risk getting stuck in the mud if it has recently rained. It costs $150 to have your vehicle pulled out of the mud. I recommend driving on the side of the road in the grass on some parts. You should be able to see tire tracks where people in the neighborhood have traveled around the bad parts of the road.
