This is a great main lake lot with a cabin that needs love. The cabin has been unkept for the last years and will need a big overhaul, but will be worth bringing back life into it. There isn't power or water turned on but there is a septic system and we have pictures of the well. The sandy beach will not be assessable without a staircase, so please note that. The neighboring properties have staircases down to beach. The front deck is roped off, please don't walk out on it.
