Fine level lot, close to Kingsland Lake in Lakeside Heights subd. There are 2 good waterfront parks, one has a boat launch and pavilion and other is more park like setting where Elkhorn dead ends in Lake LBJ. One this lot years ago there was a small home, so there is a septic system and a well. There isn't any records about the septic because it was installed before they kept track of installations. DO not know if it is still useable or not. There is also a storage building in the back corner.
