The home is located in Fisherman's Haven which has a boat ramp and boat slips for your use. There are 10 boat slips which are on a "first come - first serve" basis (usually available except on holiday weekends so you need to get there early on Holidays). This cannot be your primary residence and no weekend rentals are allowed. This is a manufactured home only. Rental fees are $418.25 a month which includes all utilities (excluding electricity), but does include lawn mowing and use of boat slips and ramps.
