This home needs some work but it could be cute. We need Chip and Joann from Waco. Large property with a total of 4 lots. Plenty of room to play. Fenced back yard. Seller is trying to get it cleaned up and stuff hauled off. They had one of those renters who you have to evict to get them out. A/C installed about 7 or 8 years ago when they moved in. Relocate the utility into the front of the screened in porch and get either a dining room, office or bedroom off of the kitchen. Would be a small bedroom.
