Timber Bay is an excellent small subdivision. There are only 3 streets. If you make a right once you enter the subdivision you will come to the only place that mobile homes are allowed. That road ends with some nice homes on Lake Livingston. If you go through the gate and continue straight the road will circle and go down to the boat ramp and large dock for fishing or just enjoying the view!! If you make a left after coming through the gate, the road will turn into Schooner and you will find these lots near the lake and near the subdivision boat ramp. There is also a community swimming pool which is fenced and a covered pavilion for family picnics and meetings. Low POA dues, low taxes, gated community--just a GREAT place to build!
