Bank Owned. This is a full rehab. The foundation looks ok, and there is a slab on the back about 17 x 23 that is encroaching on 933 Shore Shadow and needs to be removed. 933 Shore Shadow is also for sale. The trim is all damaged and the siding is missing in places so that will need Hardie installed. The whole exterior needs paint. Roof seems okay. Inside everything is gutted. No floors no cabinets no lights no paint. All rooms are just studs right now. There is a utility room 8 by 8, and a garage 19 by 22 but they are just empty frames.
