The current family has cherished every moment in this stunning property, and now are excited to pass the keys to someone who will create their own beautiful memories here. Nestled on over an acre with breathtaking views of the open water and an oversized boat dock, this home has been our personal retreat. From the moment you step inside, the soaring ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors invite you into an open floor plan that has been perfect for family gatherings and entertaining friends. With all four bedrooms conveniently located on the main level, plus a designated office, we’ve loved having everyone close by. The upstairs game room and theater have provided countless hours of fun and laughter! The master suite overlooks the lake and private access to the patio, has been our peaceful escape after busy days. We’ve enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen, featuring granite countertops, dual sinks, dual ovens, and a gas cooktop—perfect for family dinners and holiday celebrations. The upstairs game room, complete with a kitchenette, has been a favorite spot for entertaining, with a large balcony that offers stunning views of the pool, yard, and lake. Our outdoor space has been a true oasis. We’ve spent countless sunny days relaxing on the covered patio, enjoying the sparkling pool and spa, and hosting barbecues with the built-in grill and fireplace. The expansive yard has provided plenty of room for kids to play and for family gatherings. With a circular drive and a four-car garage, there’s always been room for friends and family to visit. Living in The Resort has been a dream come true! We’ve loved the amenities, including the 18-hole golf course, clubhouse restaurant and bar, two pools, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, beach area, playground, and convenient boat ramps and slips.
