Runway lot on private airstrip at Gun Barrel City Airport. This lot can be utilized for residential purposes or for an airplane hanger or the combination of both. Manufactured homes, mobiles, tiny homes are allowed. GBC Airport offers a 3,075 foot paved runway with pilot-controlled lighting system for night landings. This single runway is oriented for 17 and 35 and both directions utilize a left-handed pattern for VFR landings. The runway was resurfaced, lengthened and widened in 2011 and resurfaced again in 2016.There is an annual airport fee which has been paid and the one-time airport fee will also be at the expense of the new owner ($22,800 currently). Annual maintenance fee is subject to change. Access to the waterfront park for a small annual fee ($100 annually) is also available in this voluntary HOA.
