This 2 story , built in early 1900 home has not been lived in for about 5-7 years, it has electric meters on it, one could think it was a 3 unit apartment house. It has high ceiliings, big rooms, very old, some floors are gone from to much storage. Has nice corner lot. Covered front porch, don't know if home could be worth redoing, it's county taxed over $60,000. if it was doable it would be beautiful. There is a 40 foot container that stays, this home has 5-6 fireplaces, the home next door on Market for 79,900. No power on in the 2story, no lock box. I have key.
